The scale identifies the following major factors that contribute to our personal effectiveness:
1. Exploratory orientation
2. Self-Disclosure
3. Receptivity to Feedback
4. Sensitivity
Thus in order to be effective we need to know more about ourselves, and build upon our weak areas. This Personal Effectiveness test will help an individual know more about him/herself on the various dimensions of personal effectiveness.
The manual will be available once the participant enrolls for the course on Psychometric Testing
