Internal External Locus of Control

Locus of control is the perceived source of control over our behavior. It influences the way we view ourselves and our opportunities. It is how one attribute successes, failures and other events that happen to them. Those who tend to attribute successes, failures or events that happen to them to outside factors are called ‘Externals’ and those that attribute the same to factors internal to them are called ‘Internals’.

The manual will be available once the participant enrolls for the course on Psychometric Testing
