This Instrument assesses the extent to which an individual is ‘Personally Effective’ based on the scores received on various parameters of personal effectiveness. It helps an individual know more about him/herself, and come up with strategies to be more personally effective.
There are two versions of this instrument
Version 1-This is an 80 item questionnaire having 20 items on each of the 4 Personal Effectiveness dimensions
